With experience of over 24 years, Emmanuel currently leads complex assurance and advisory engagements undertaken by the Firm in the public sector in addition to managing the firm’s client engagements with responsibilities including quality control, delivery and client relationship management. He has work in over 15 countries throughout Africa, Asia and Europe
Robert holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree of Makerere University Kampala and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). Robert started out his professional career at Edes & Associates as an associate Trainees. He has over the years led teams on different assignments and has been a team member on a number of assurance and advisory assignments undertaken by the firm both for profit and not for profit making organizations. He has led teams which have successfully executed assignments in
Nigeria, Ethiopia, Zambia, South Sudan, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Lesotho, Sierra Leone, Ghana and Uganda. He possesses multi-cultural exposure with ability to display cultural sensitivity and adaptability in interaction with people of different backgrounds.
With experience of over 10 years, Robert is currently a Director at Edes & Associates. He specializes in the delivery of advisory and management support services to Government Ministries, parastatals, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Aid donor agencies. He has knowledge and experience in statutory and project audits for public sector organizations, financial management advisory, management consultancy, accounting support, financial reviews, supply chain management reviews and other accounting related services.
Leading our team in Rwanda, Frank has a wealth of experience in providing professional services, having started his career with Ernst & Young. A chartered certified accountant, Frank has specialized knowledge and experience in; audit of both private and public sector entities; internal audit; and financial management of not for profit organizations. Whilst at Ernst & Young, Frank led various audit and assurance projects in several sectors including financial services, not for profit organizations, telecommunications companies, and hospitality services. He also worked as a senior internal auditor with MTN Rwanda cell, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Africa, where he conducted various internal audit reviews. He has also worked as a consultant in financial management to not for profit organizations, where he has been providing assistance to implement sound financial and administrative systems. Frank has carried out training for financial management in the public sector, as well as reviews for compliance with donor requirements. With a combined regional resource team, Frank is responsible for the development and growth of the Firm’s business in Rwanda.
